Contortion bars are one of the many obstacles found within the Rogues' Den minigame. Both 50 Agility and Thieving is required to enter the area where the bars are located. Entering the contortion bars temporarily reduces the player's Agility level by 5. Attempting to pass the contortion bars with the Agility level reduced too low will show the message You don't have enough Agility skill left!.
