The carved pumpkin head is a holiday reward received from completing a Halloween event from 2024 onwards. The pumpkin head gives no bonus to any stats.
If lost or destroyed, the pumpkin can be reclaimed from Diango in Draynor Village. In addition, it may be stored in a Toy box in a player-owned house.
There are 63 unique versions of the pumpkin representing different variants of colours and carvings, which can be changed at any time by right-clicking the "Colour" or "Carve" options on the pumpkin. When switching the carving or the colour, the item is renamed to reflect the current chosen options.
The carved pumpkin head consists of the following base colours:
