The basalt amulet was a proposed piece of teleportation jewellery that would allow for easy transportation to and around the upcoming island of Wyrmscraig. It would be rewarded upon completing the quest Fallen From Grace, with extra teleport locations being unlocked through upgrades from the island's activities.
The amulet would consume charges to teleport; five charges could be added to it by using 1 law rune, 5 body runes, and 5 earth runes on the amulet, up to a max of 1,000 charges.
After player's feedback that it added unnecessary teleport bloat, the basalt amulet was completely removed from the proposal and teleport options were instead proposed onto existing items: the necklace of passage, a new boss teleport scroll that can be added to a master scroll book, and the slayer ring.
