Varmen

Varmen was an archaeologist responsible for the discovery of the ruins of Uzer, an ancient ruined city that once dominated the Kharidian Desert. He was employed by the Varrock Museum and apparently wanted to excavate the ruins, but due to the giant project at the Digsite being closer to the museum, he was not able to get funding for it. Elissa was his wife, and refers to him as her late husband, which points out his death, but, however, the circumstances surrounding his death are unknown.

Varmen never appears in-game, although his notes regarding the ruins and the rock golem can be found at the Digsite Exam Centre.
