The unnamed island north of the Fishing Platform features briefly in the Sea Slug quest, when players go there with Holgart while looking for Kent. During the quest, the island sandbar is shown on a mini-map, titled only with the name "Island."

Interestingly, even after the quest, versions of Holgart and Kent can be seen when sailing past the area.
