The Pressure Lever is found on the top floor of the brewing facility on Braindeath Island. During the Rum Deal quest, players can use the lever to pressurize sluglings in the Pressure Barrel in order to brew 'rum'.

When there's not enough sluglings in the pressure barrel, the lever is inoperable. Once enough sluglings are added, the lever will change sides and it can be pulled.
