The Other Half-Zombie is a remnant from the 2005 Halloween event that still exists within the game cache, but cannot be found anywhere in-game.
2005 Halloween event
The Other Half-Zombie was the result of scaring a zombie in Lumbridge Swamp. The zombie would split into this half and another half, then splice itself back together. This would scare the player who did so and unlocking the Scared emote.
