God Alignments are proposed prayers which act as additions to the existing prayer book. A set of alignments would be themed toward one of the many gods in the game, and players can only have one set active at any time. Following initial feedback, they were shelved and have no projected release date.[1]
Details concerning how they're unlocked, as well as the specifics of what each prayer does, are not currently set in stone and are subject to change. The current proposal suggests that each set of prayers would be unlocked for completion of a corresponding grandmaster quest, but it may be that completion of the quest may only unlock a portion of each alignment, and completion of additional content may be required.
Rites of Balance
The Rites of Balance are aligned to Guthix, and are currently proposed to be a reward for completion of While Guthix Sleeps.

| Strike Balance | Attacks have a chance to grant the Adaptation status, which provides accuracy bonuses and a minimum hit for one attack in a combat style other than the one currently being used. This attack hits through protection prayers (limited in PvP). | |

| Nature's Redemption | An overhead prayer which heals the player by 40% of their base Prayer level if they fall below 10% health, draining their prayer points fully. | |
| Natural Succession | An overhead prayer in which damage taken above a percentage of the player's base Hitpoints is used to heal nearby players for a percentage of the damage taken, consuming some amount of prayer points per player healed. |
Ruinous Powers
The Ruinous Powers are aligned to Zaros, and are currently proposed to be a reward for completion of Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire.

Covenants of Light
The Covenants of Light are aligned to Seren, and are currently proposed to be a reward for completion of Song of the Elves.

| Slumber | Timers for negative status effects (ex. bleed, venom, disease) are suspended whilst active. Stacking effects like poison continue to build potency, however. | |

| Harmonise | Attacks will apply the Vulnerability status for one tick, which increases damage taken by a percentage. Cannot be used alongside Guiding Strikes. | |
| Guiding Strikes | The player's attacks increase the attack bonus of nearby players by a percentage of their chosen combat style's attack bonus. The length of this effect is tied to the attack speed of the user's equipped weapon. |
The Seren prayers were removed from the proposed alignments on the 15th of March due to player feedback, with the potential to be revisited in the future.
