Eric is a tramp walking around on Jatizso near King Gjuki Sorvott IV's house. He will ask for a "few coppers" (coins) when talked to. The player will refuse and tell him to go away. Using coins on him yields no results.
Attempting to collect facial hair tax from Eric during The Fremennik Isles offends him, and he throws a cabbage at the player (adding it to their inventory).
