A crate is found on the Seers' Village Rooftop Course, on top of the Elemental Workshop building. It is used for a step in a clue scroll. Reaching the crate requires 60 (or as low as 55 with a boost).

Searching the crate without the proper clue scroll gives the chat messages: You search the crate.... followed by ...and find plenty of valuables, but decide to leave it alone; they're not yours.

The crate is the solution to the elite cryptic clue: Even the seers say this clue goes right over their heads.
