Analysis
This track is in the key of G Major, and has a constant tempo of 120. It is very upbeat and happy, with a somewhat catchy and repetitive melody. The Banjo instrument was rarely used within the musical compositions of Old School RuneScape. The same goes with the Honky-Tonk Piano, as it wasn't really used until the Honky-Tonk variations of classic RuneScape songs in RuneScape 3.

Trivia
- This track has a similar melody to a TV commercial song "Kars4Kids", but is a lot faster paced and uses instruments only.
- According to Mod Ash, Country Jig was created when he requested Mod Bond to make a track for Hosidius that was "something like RS3's Charmin' Farmin'".[1]
- According to data crowdsourced via RuneLite in 2020, approximately 80% of players unlocked the track to the north of Hosidius, while 20% unlocked it to the south.
- The music track is required to obtain the purple token, as it must be played at the picnic as one of the required conditions.
