Chosen Aluinus is a strange man who can be found at the Shipwreck Cove. He appears to wear a helmet of the moon and moon-themed sunfire fanatic armour. When inspecting the green campfire with either a mask of ranul or helmet of the moon, he will give certain dialogue.
He seems to go on a minute cooldown before appearing again. Hugh, the downed man in Salvager Overlook, has dialogue that suggests he encountered the Chosen Aluinus.[1]
