A Cauldron can be found in the garden of the Mourner Headquarters. During the Biohazard quest, a rotten apple is thrown in the cauldron to make the Mourners sick such that an adventurer can sneak into their headquarters disguised as a doctor.
During the quest, players can Inspect the cauldron, which will give some information.
