Amon Ducot is the author of The Theory of Transvergence^[1] and Transportation incantations,^[2] two books found in the Grand Library of Kourend in Arceuus.

In Transvergence theory, Amon studies the art of runecraft and the differences in practice between Great Kourend and the mainland.^[3] He notes the strange properties of the Dark Altar, and its apparent self preservation.^[4]
