Wilderness Signs can be found close to the Wilderness ditch warning players of the Wilderness. There are five different types of signs, four outside the Wilderness and one inside, telling the player to stop examining signs in the Wilderness.

• The image of the "Beast" that some of the signs refer to resembles the Chaos Elemental.
• A variant of Wilderness sign can be inspected during Defender of Varrock when investigating a trail of footprints. It is otherwise identical to the other volcano signs.
