The tatty toy is a toy that resembles a bear. It can be found at the 1st floor of the Lumbridge general store in the north-west corner. It probably belongs to Abigaila, as the examine text of the bear mentions Suro, the name of Abigaila's drowned son.[1]
Although the toy looks like an item that can be picked up, it is actually a piece of scenery that is disguised as such. Therefore, it can only be examined.
Although Abigaila only exists in member's worlds, her tatty bear also exists in free to play worlds.
