The Ring of endurance (uncharged) is a discontinued item that was released with Sins of the Father. Like the real Ring of endurance, it could originally be obtained as a reward from the Hallowed Sepulchre.

For unknown reasons, a new Ring of endurance (uncharged) was added to the game a week after release. The original ring was discontinued, and was made untradeable. This briefly led to a glitch where players who had the original ring were unable to trade it.^[1]

The ring has an "Activate" option, which presumably converts it into the new ring. It may still exist ingame for any players who have not converted it into the new ring yet, making it a rare example of a discontinued item in Old School RuneScape.
