Removal update Grand Exchange Tax & Item Sink

To test out changes to the PJ timer, the beta worlds were once again briefly opened for players. Changes included being that the timer is now active in all single way and singles plus areas and also NPCs respecting the grace period.

Upon logging in, players were provided with PvP gear and max stats inside the Ferox Enclave as with previous beta periods.
