A lift platform can be found at the bottom floor of the tower just south-east of Ferox Enclave in the Wilderness. The platform can be used to instantly get to the top (3rd floor) of the tower, which can sometimes be useful to chase or escape an opponent in PvP.
A winch can be found at the top of the tower, but it is inoperable, and the only way to climb down is to use the tower's ladder.
Trivia
- The lift was added by Mod West specifically for the purpose of helping player killers chase down targets that are attempting to escape via climbing the ladders of the tower.[1]
