A lever is found on the eastern wall within the Falador Party Room, north of the Party Room chest. Pulling the lever will prompt the player to select either a Balloon Bonanza, which costs 1000 coins, or a Nightly Dance, which costs 500 coins.
If a player pays for the Balloon Bonanza, balloons will fall from the sky which players can burst for the chance to receive drops from the Party Room chest.
The Nightly Dance will spawn dancing knights on the tabletop in the centre of the Party Room.
