The hole in the Lumbridge Castle cellar is a passageway between the cellar and the Lumbridge Swamp Caves. Level 13 Agility and partial completion of The Lost Tribe quest are needed to unlock this passageway. A Mining level of 17 and a pickaxe must be brought the first time going through. You need a light source in the Lumbridge Swamp Caves.
