Handholds are used to enter the boss arena for the Leviathan, found within the Scar. The south-western handholds disintegrate as you use them to enter the arena, while the north-eastern handholds are only used during Desert Treasure II in order to claim Perseriya's medallion. Players who wish to leave the Leviathan without teleporting out can click the rowboat after killing it once.
