A Growing vine is used to access the Jungle eagle in the Feldip Hunter area. Completion of the Eagles' Peak quest is required to grow the vine.
In order to grow the vine, one needs to use either a teasing stick, thatching spar, or garden cane on the young vine to guide its growth. After a couple of minutes, the young vine has become a growing vine, and within an hour a message will display saying "Those vines should be worth checking on now." indicating the vine has grown into a tall vine that can be climbed.

The young vine is currently invisible. It is located a few tiles directly below the entrance and can be found by right click examining the blank grass beneath the cave.
