The College of Bards is a school of performers and entertainers located in the floating city of Tempestus. There are several travelling members of the College such as Reshi, Thomdril, and Kendall, all who are among the few who were allowed to travel to and from Varlamore before the kingdom recently opened up.[1] There are more notable people who have travelled to other places from the College, including Hameln the Jester who has since moved to Morytania.

Other people who moved from the College of Bards include Hanchen the Hound, the Painted One, and several Bards.
