The chest inside Lumbridge Castle can be opened during the Lost Tribe quest with a key to obtain a set of H.A.M. robes belonging to Sigmund. The chest can only be opened during the quest once, and any subsequent attempt to do so gives the message You have already found the H.A.M robes in the chest.

Strangely enough, opening the chest during the quest with the intended key changes the appearance and function of the chest to be identical to a chest in the Observatory Dungeon which contains an Antipoison(1). While the player opening the chest with the key will obtain a set of H.A.M. robes instead as intended, any player not doing the quest searching the already opened chest at the same time will indeed get the Antipoison(1) from it. The player who opened the chest can also search it for the Antipoison(1), provided they click quickly enough.
