A cave can be found on Brittle Isle. It is sealed with a door identical to the one leading to the Jormungand's Prison beneath the Island of Stone, though players are unable to open it.

Inspecting the cave

There is an inscription upon the door: When the serpent king roams free once more, Hati and Sköll wage their war. To the End of Things all will yield, but until that day this door stays sealed.

Trivia

The inscription on the door mentions two beings named Hati and Sköll. In RuneScape 3, Hati and Sköll are two powerful wolves in Fremennik mythos. It is said that the End of Things begins when Hati devours the moon and Sköll devours the sun.
