C. P. L-F. Carruthers, Esq (LLB) is the legal consultant for the weapons division of the renowned law firm Carruthers, Landsbottom and Og.[1] Given that his name appears in the organisation's title, he is likely an important figure. In a Postbag from the Hedge, he replied to a query on behalf of the Consortium of Extra-Planar Merchandise Transferral Specialists.

He is known to own a dragon scimitar, whose special attack he used to kill a goblin trying to steal his pie.
