The Royal Accord of Twill can be found on the 1st floor of the Grand Museum of Civitas illa Fortis. The display was intended to show the original Royal Accord of Twill; however, it was lost at sea whilst being transported to the museum. Consequently, a replica is being shown instead.

Transcript

The Royal Accord of Twill is an ancient document detailing the transfer of power from Kourend's Council of Elders to the Five Houses.

Following the War of Betrayal, King Kharedst III of Kourend arranged for the original document to be displayed here in the Grand Museum. However, a naval disaster resulted in the loss of the accord. As such, the document shown here is a replica.

Trivia

  • The scroll inside the display contains Morse code, which can be translated as "nothing".
