Ritchard Haring was a citizen of Varrock in the year 160. According to the Varrock Census, Haring was a dietician. He does not appear in-game.

Trivia

His name appears to be a reference to English comedian Richard Herring. His former comedy partner Stewart Lee is also referenced within the Varrock census as Stuart Lea.
