The noticeboard is an object that is found in the Mysterious Old Man's house in Falador.
When read, it will list the player who first solved the entirety of Crack the Clue III, as well as players who contributed to earlier steps of the clue. Lastly, it gives a shoutout to the Crack the Clue Discord server.
