A chest can be found in the Marcellus' house in the Locus Oasis. During The Ribbiting Tale of a Lily Pad Labour Dispute quest, players search the chest to find Marcellus' plushy.
The rotation of each dial is randomised each time the interface is opened. The five dials can each be configured to one of 10 letters:
